TBC Mischief 1
A low-cost image-to-video model on fal and OpenRouter, built on Wan 2.2.
The Biological Computing Co. launched TBC Mischief 1 on October 30, 2026. It is an image-to-video model. You give a start image plus a text prompt. Output is an MP4 at 16 fps, 480p or 720p, in 3 or 5 second clips, at 16:9. No audio output is listed. Price is $0.005 per second at 480p and $0.01 per second at 720p. A 5 second clip is $0.025 at 480p or $0.05 at 720p. It is built on the open-weight Wan 2.2 video model. TBC's claim: it generates video 5x faster than its base model at matching quality. TBC's description: the speedup comes from efficiencies it found by studying living neurons in its lab, and the model itself runs on normal AI hardware. It is available on fal and OpenRouter from October 30, 2026. It is not open weights itself. OpenRouter describes it as good for ideation, previs, moodboards, and testing variants.
