Runway's help center says Gen-4.5 does text-to-video and image-to-video, in clips of 2 to 10 seconds, at 720p, and at 24 or 25 fps. Image-to-video aspect ratios include 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:3, 3:4, and 21:9. Aleph 2.0 is an in-context video editing model with keyframe-guided control. The Runway API hosts third-party models, including Kling 3.0 and Kling O3 (not Kling 4.0 as of October 23, 2026), Veo 3.1, and Seedance 2.5.

Gen-4.5 costs 12 credits per second and needs a Standard plan or higher. ProRes or a PNG sequence on Max or Enterprise is 5 more credits per second. Check Runway for dollar prices. Source: Runway help center.
